Normally, all items will be shipped within 48 hours, Delivery Time= Processing time+Shipping Time.

We do not support split shipments at the moment.

After the order ships out, you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number provided.

1.You can track your order status via Track Order Details. 

2.If you fail to receive the email or you get the wrong tracking number, please contact our email service@ducarebeauty.com, we will get back to you within 48 business hours generally.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay.

Follow these simple steps to place your order on our website:

1. Register an account with us on our website with your email address or check out without a account. Note that there are two sets of text boxes on the page and the second set is used for registration:

If you already have an account with us, please log in directly and skip Step 1 & Step 2.

2.Then a page will be popped up, please click the “START SHOPPING” button. You can pick your favorite goods from our store then.

3.Go to the product page of the item you were interested in. On the right side of the product page, you should see a button that reads “Add to cart”, along with the sub-items, age, colors, and price/discount of that particular product.

4. Pick out the desired brushes and choose the correct number of each of the sub-items in the product, check the price to see if this is within your budget. This is what you will be paying at the checkout, then click on the “Add to cart” button.

5. Confirm Product Addition to Basket

Now the correct item should appear in your shopping basket/cart on the right of your screen. You can close the page to return to the product page, or on “View Cart and Checkout” to proceed to review your orders.

6. Once you are finished shopping and wish to pay for the merchandise you have picked up in your basket, you can click on “View  Cart and Checkout”. You can now review your order.

7. There are a few things you can do on this page:

A. REMOVE ITEMS

If you have changed your mind on some of the items and wish to remove them from the basket, you can do so by clicking on the “remove” link on the right side as shown in the picture in the previous step.

B. USE COUPON CODE

If you have received a coupon code from us in our newsletter, you can put them in the box that says “Coupon Code” and click on the “APPLY” button to apply your code to your purchase.(you can only use one at a time)

C. Adjust Qty

If you prefer to add or delete the quantities of the items you buy, please click the button that reads "+" or "-".

If there are no other problems and you would like to continue on with payment, click on the “Proceed to checkout” button; the “Paypal checkout” button, or “Pay by CREDIT” button to proceed to payment!

8.On the next page of checkout, you will be able to make sure if the shipping and billing addresses you provided when you registered your account are the ones you wish to use for this particular purchase. You will also be able to check the items in the order, and the total cost of the purchase. Also, if you have something special for the items you ordered, please leave us the message on "Comment" blank. After making sure everything is in order, you can now click on the “Place the order” button to continue.

Promo codes can be applied to your order during checkout, in the Order Summary section. Codes will not apply to discounted items, some collaboration items. Promo codes have expiration dates. If you have two valid codes you want to use, you'll need to pick a fave—you can only use one at a time.

VAT and duty are not added to the sales price. You should pay VAT and duty by yourself according to local policies published by local governments. 

Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email.

PLEASE NOTE: during high-traffic events we may use an alternate service to calculate sales tax. If you would like to understand more about the tax you were charged, contact us.

It depends on how long did you placed the order, to serve you better, ducare beauty will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order if the order have been shipped.
